I shot this together with two other camera bods as a wild shoot intended as a 'archive piece of footage' for the band to retain with commercial usage 'n all that.
About 2 years later I saw the latest DVD from the Eels "SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION CD+DVD, Live and in Person" - our footage no less with no permission asked by the band or payment received for the camera crew.
There, named and shamed you slimy eels. Your music is outstanding all the same - cough up whenever you're ready.
