This animated slideshow is from some photographs taken at the recent Summer Indoor Picnic on behalf of Green Team America ("GTA"), a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization. The purpose of GTA is to organize, educate and motivate America's youth with regard to the continuing struggle to save our species and our planet from the effects of man-made climate alteration. GTA is leading by example and demonstrating to the people of Planet Earth how to protect and nurture our precious birthright.
The 2-hour event was held on June 28, 2009 and it included free beverages, including several varieties of beer served inside the actual brewery, finger foods and fun. There was also some great items to being awarded via drawings. The brewery is not climate controlled, so everyone was dressed in cool, comfortable, casual clothing (i.e., shorts, sundresses, gauze skirts, sandals, etc.)

Green Team America was very excited about this fundraiser which will allow them to continue working by teaching high school students across America how to go "Green."
