Some training while visiting my mom in CT. My back is still a little stiff from a lifting strain earlier in the week, but otherwise I felt pretty good.
Not shown here is a lot of pop vault training in the back of a local school.
Notes: The wallruns are feeling a bit better... I am going to make it up that brick wall tomorrow. For some reason, my rolls were problematic today.
