This is my favorite breakfast ever. My friend Michael asked me to explain how they're made, so I did so in my first EVER edited video. Please laugh at it. It's laugh-worthy. Everyone's first whatever blows. This is no exception :) By the way, the music is Adam F "Circles" - which I was listening to before I made the video.

    I've never heard anyone call this Texas eggs. I've always heard it referred to as eggy in a basket. Regardless of the name it is damn delicious.
