A PAP testing seminar was held at Greet Ranch, Inc., Ten Sleep, Wyoming. It was hosted by the Washakie County Extension Office, Brandon Greet, Profitable and Sustainable Agricultural Systems Educator, and Daniel Greet. PAP testing is pulmonary arterial pressure, a way to test for the likelihood of Brisket Disease, an illness that can strike cattle at high altitudes. Dr. Tim Holt, DVM, demonstrated the procedure, described the process and a variety of other factors, and answered questions from local ranchers and veterinarians. It was an extremely informative and beneficial session.
