I just HAD to watch this one immediately following Episode #1. What a genius idea. Just imagine if every person in the city had a "truck farm". Maybe the city could donate a little used parking lot for a fleet of truck farms. Turn the "cash for clunkers" idea into a "Green vehicle" plan. The supply of ideas is endless. A MOBILE FLEET OF VEGETABLES!
