Sightly colour corrected in After effects 6.5
The original is less noisy than the compressed version, but still have macro bloc due to the weak bit-rate encoding.

I got 1080 25p with my PAL GH1, so I don't have issues. I'm just drag my footage on the timeline and play with it. Before going to After effects I export my clips in Mjpeg or cineform, it takes more space but it's easier to work with :)
