Trevor Flinn journeys to Swan Hill and discovers Loud Moon, Lolly Ladies, Radio Clothes, Fluro Noise, and Creaky Penguin - who emerged from a T-Shirt making/Band development workshop at the Regional Art Gallery, which happened during the recent Come on the Scene Victorian tour.
