A 1 hour HDV project that I was given to rescue is full of render problems. Taking forever to fix. The only thing that seems to work is to convert the JPEGs to TIFFs and re-do all the moves on each still image.
No amount of flicker filter or blurs, changes the render. Removing the black under the title text sometimes helps.
