I like to learn the choosing songs of different cultures. My friend Bee was kind enough to teach me this one.

This is similar to the British counting rhyme:

"My mother told me to pick the best one,
    And you are not it!"

    or

    "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe,
Catch a tinker by the toe.
If he hollers let him go,
    Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. "

The rhyme as i understand it is not just used as a song chooser. Children use this rhyme as a game they play or choose something with no connotation of alienating other children but used as a game.

The game is similar to cops and robbers where the selected person would be the "Cop."

    "Deem Jee Bing Bing,
    Deem Jeuk Soy Yun
    Jo Dai Bing"

Loosely translated means "My finger pointing lands at which army or person to be the biggest army or it."
