We were on our way to our hotel in Quepos/Manuel Antonio National Park when suddenly our driver Samy pulled over.
He had seen a group of Scarlet Macaws eating from an almond tree on the left side of the road.
We all got out and prepared to shoot pictures and videos.
There were seven of these beautiful birds sitting at the tree top gorging themselves on the fruit of the almond tree.
Then they would suddenly fly off to the west to find some more food.
