Shows the editing stages of fixing up bad TIGER data in OSM.
The first stage shows moving the nodes to their new positions without changing the connectivity. TIGER data has pretty good connectivity accuracy, but poor positional accuracy. Usually, with a bit of figuring, you can find a way to make the roads fit without deleting any of them.
The second stage shows adding new nodes and ways to correct under-sampling and adding other ways which are visible in the aerial imagery, but are not in TIGER.
