This is Washington Park, is a series of video documentaries focusing on stories, events and people who have a connection with the park.

The TIWP, Boating Program, focuses on Stanley Porter, and his quest to get a boating program for young adults returned to Washington Park, where it was originally run in the lagoon off of Bynum Island between 1990-2003.

This video talks about the deep history of the program, the current state of the boats and the need for donations and repairs.
