breezEngine tech demo showcasing parallel-split shadow mapping, animated reflecting water, instanced house rendering as well as screen-space ambient occlusion, tonemapping and bloom applied as a post-processing effect.

Shadow range is set to 1 km, using 3 splits and a shadow map resolution of 1024x1024 pixels each. Only sun shadows supported up to now, shadow rendering and split distribution still need some optimization.

The sun only moves for 500 ms every 10 seconds (yet it is moved smoothly, no fixed rotational stepping) to reduce flickering caused by shadow map aliasing.
