In the year 2004.
A court ruling has voided the parliamentary election's results, in one of Cairo's Judicial districts.
In which, [the NDP elite] Zakaria Azmi was earlier declared as winner.
The foundation of the [court] ruling was that; "It is not permitted, for the members of the State Litigation Authority, Nor [is it permitted] for members of the Administrative Prosecution, to supervise the elections."
Here is a copy of that court ruling, which was headed back then, by the Chancellor Hossam El-Gheriany.
[El-Gheriany] who is now the head of the head of the Constituent Assembly to the Constitution, which has produced the Draft Constitution.
And [El-Gheriany now also] is the head of The National Council for Human Rights that monitors the referendum on the Draft Constitution.
And this is the [current] distribution of members of judicial bodies that are supervising the Referendum.
Among them, 1,635 from the State Litigation Authority!
And 1,537 from the Administrative Prosecution!
