We all dream of losing those extra pounds, becoming a better spouse, reading more, or working less. We all want to get rid of those habits that we know aren’t good for us. Why can’t we change? Why do we seem to struggle so much and do so little when it comes to real change. This week we explore whether the problem is simply will power. Many of us believe we just need to try harder, want it more, or simply get ourselves under control. Unfortunately, will power is not enough to make changes in our lives. As we launch our series on change Ryan will explore what fights against change and how we can begin to put a plan in place that will make change last.
