Gift Cycle

This animation summarizes the story of the Gift Cycle through the form of a music video. By using various animation styles, we represent the 200 artists that participated. The stop motion animation style was chosen to reflect the committment and time devoted to the project during the summer of 2008. The soundtrack is a "reremix" of R. Kelly’s Remix to Ignition. New lyrics call out the highlights of the project and journey. A sing-along of 12 artists was held to create the song, creating a homemade sound of collectivity.
