3D drawing-music performance by Cécile Babiole

Drawing-music performance where I draw the sound in 3D and in real time : the same gesture of my hand modulates the sound and draws the lines that you can see displayed on-screen. I was inspired by the memory of the Etch-a-Sketches of my childhood. Today, I use some MIDI controller knobs to drive (or scribble) the progression of the sounds and strokes. This performance is a nostalgic attempt to match sound and image, like the scribbling of a dreamy child.
