A brief introduction about the basic ideas of my After Effects script MochaImport. It allows you to use the planar tracker Mocha for After Effects in a very powerful way with just a few clicks. Mocha for After Effects is included in After Effects since version CS4.

But usually for a 3d scene you need a 3d tracker and not a planar tracker like Mocha.
In some simple cases you can maybe
1) film the greenscreen with approximately the same motion as your 3d camera motion
2) stabilize this again with Mocha
3) reintroduce the camera move from the virtual 3d camera by placing the stabilized clip on a 3d AE layer.
By this you get (a) the perspective distortion from your greenscreen camera
(b) the motion from your virtual 3d camera.
