Highlights From J@J (part 3- Scott Horton)

On June 26th, 2009 Velvet Revolution sponsored a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC which addressed abuses by the Justice Department during the Bush Administration.

In this segment, Harper's magazine contributor Scott Horton talks about the power wielded by federal prosecutors, and the dangers presented when it is abused. Specifically, he addresses the practice of selective prosecution, i.e. 'prosecuting the man and not the crime'.
