Interesting. The yolk of that egg is the largest single cell in nature. My local Whole Foods (in Paramus, NJ) carries these. Very expensive, though.

Hey guys! Yeah, so it did taste like a big chicken egg, but yes, the egg whites were a little strange. The taste was the same, but the consistency and the color was just different enough to make it a little too weird for me. I think Kevin agrees, that it was fun to cook it, but actually eating for a meal on a regular basis might be a little too much. As I said in my tweet yesterday, it reminded me a little too much of the gross food in the movie "eXistenZ."

Uh, yeah, and they are like $30 a pop.
