OK, so hopefully you've checked out our previous workout aimed at burning calories. But what really will ensure you look fantastic for Summer is getting a bit of definition to your body. So now its time to do a bit of tightening and toning! This ten minute workout is all about sculpting your physique, and getting rid of any wobbly arms and flabby butts caused by too much sitting around over Christmas.

For this set, you are going to need a set of dumbbells. Nick's using a set of 2kg dumbbells, but if you've blown your overdraft over Christmas (thanks Santa!) then just grab a kitchen based alternative, bottles of water or bags of sugar will do.

So, now you've got your essential equipment, start up the video. Once again, Nick takes you through three exercises; Squat Rises, Bicep Curls and Tricep Extensions. The squats will sort out your butt whilst the final two exercises address any concerns you've got with your arms, providing both strength and definition.

Let us know how you get on with this set. You can choose the weight of the dumbbells of course, although if you're just beginning the GymBunnies regime a light set of dumbbells will set you off perfectly.

And remember Bunnies - don't forget to stretch first - and always keep a bottle of water to hand. Exercising is thirsty work!
