The Tumblr page editor doesn’t include a video insert tool, but you can add a YouTube video by copying the video clip’s embed code and adding it to the new page in HyperText Markup Language mode.
Launch your Web browser and go to the YouTube video that you want to add to a separate page in Tumblr.
Click the “Share” button under the video player. Click the “Embed” button in the Share options pane. Highlight and copy the HTML code snippet in the code box.
Log in to your Tumblr account. Click the name of the Tumblr blog to which you want to add the video in the main menu at the top of the page. Click the “Customize Appearance” button in the menu on the right.
Click “Pages” in the gray menu at the top of the page, then click “Add a Page” in the drop-down menu.
Click the “HTML” button in the page editor toolbar. Paste the YouTube embed code into the HTML Source Editor box, then click the green “Update” button.
Enter a title for the page into the “Title” input box. Type a caption or description of the video clip into the text input box. Click the “Show a Link to This Page” check box if you want to link to the page from the front page of your Tumblr blog. Click the green “Create a Page” button to create the separate page with the YouTube video clip.
