Used Kinect to scan a sculpture of a head. Brought the ply file into Houdini and duplicated it with a x-offset. I had particles travel from the left head out of frame to the right head. If particles missed the goal it overshoots and comes back around to fill in the head. Little Trapcode Shine at the end to give it some sizzle in After Effects.
