Chef Jonathan Frazier is Executive Chef at Atlas Cafe in downtown Courtenay. He's a local talent, growing up in Victoria and then Hornby Island, studying culinary arts and working in Victoria's busy restaurant scene before joining the Atlas team in 2005. Most recently he's teamed up with long time friend and fellow locavore Blayne Prowse to create the Edible Valley Podcast series.
