CrossFit Rockwall trainer, Mike Woodruff, and his brother, Tim, did the team workout Don't Drop the Baby Part II in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Tim is living there for a couple years as part of the Navy's Olmstead Scholarship and has been following CrossFit Rockwall workouts with limited space and equipment. Mike went to visit Tim for a couple weeks and they have been doing the workouts together.
