Strategic Doing with Colorado's workforce system

We held a daylong workshop in Denver that brought together professionals from across the state's workforce development system. They are learning about Strategic Doing in order to form new collaborations that will accelerate the transformation of the state system.

Strategic Doing is a simple (but not easy) process to develop and manage collaborations. The logic is straightforward, but it takes practice. A Strategic Doing workshop introduces you to the disciplines, and you learn by doing.
