Vice Mayor Qualls, Great Traditions, Corryville Community break ground on new project
WHAT: Groundbreaking Ceremony for the next phase of the successful Stetson Square development in Corryville. Eighteen new condominiums will be built, with prices ranging from $200,000 - $275,000. Amenities include an enclosed one car garage for each unit, balcony, and private entry from the street. LEED certification is being pursued. Architectural details will complement the existing Stetson Square and blend in with the historic character of the community. Occupancy of first units expected this summer. This is part of the City’s continuing efforts to increase homeownership and leverage neighborhood investment.
