20. GH1 Just for Dance Day

We spend a few hours at the Montreal Just for Laughs festival during the Just for Dance event, as you can see there was dances from a wide range of cultures.
This footage was shot between 7:30pm & 9:00pm with the Panasonic DMC-GH1 DSLR, lens used Canon FD 50mm f1.4, 28mm f2.8 and 135mm f2.5.
Workflow:
Shot in 720p60, Neo Scene, Premiere CS4, 720p24
Color grading using Red Giant, Looks.

Yes you need an adapter, for canon fd I bought one from a guy name ciceo7 on ebay.
Could you please use another Vimeo title than just "GH1" on your films? Like "Just for Dance Day" on this one - it would make finding different ones much easier :)

was it done using tripod ?
I used a monopod for this footage.
.17, .50, .59, 1.00, 1.04, 1.12, 1.15, 1.39, 1.52 where with the 28mm.
Encore un beau moment, toujours avec un bon choix musical.

The Kit lens is perfect for day light and autofocus... but for low light, controling Depth of field and focusing manually I love old prime lens like those Canon FD.
I first saw videos of your daughters and thought that the joy, love a celebratatory feel was born from a father's total, 'gaga' love for his girls, but now that I see this, I sense that you have an ability to capture and convey the joy of life in all your videos. Very, very nicely done.

La GH1 m'intéresse et ce que je voie ici m'encourage.
Je tourne avec des caméras Pana depuis longtemps et j'aimerais avoir des profondeurs de champs mieux controlées à l'occasion. Je crois que je pourrais mixer des images de mes caméras avec celles de la GH1.
Me fournirais-tu une sécence originale en 720p60 que je pourrais tester avec du DvcProHD de ma HPX170.
Une autre question, où as-tu trouvé ta GH1?
Y-as-t'il une durée maximale d'enregistrement?
