1. Maori sheep shearing
The Maori return to Italy for a season of shearing sheep. The native New Zealanders are considered the best shearers in the world; as there are 15 sheep for every person in their region. They have been coming here for nearly 20 years, usually in March, following the warming weather trend. They stay until mid-June, when it's time to head up to Britain, where the shearing season is just beginning. Up to 700 sheep a day are sheared by the team of 3.
