    Thanks Andy. I can see how the transition is pretty crazy and easily catches one off-guard, but that was actually part of the reason I did it. Sure, probably too over the top and doesn't match the mood/feel of the vid... so you are definitely right.

    how did you pan the camera? do you have a programmable crane or something?

    The pan is actually completed in post.
    So if I'm shooting at 4288x2848, I'll have plenty of room/size to slowly zoom & pan across.
