We need habits...good ones. Habits take over where memory and willpower fail us. Many of us set out with great intentions, full of willpower and commitment to read our Bibles and to grow to spiritual fitness, but willpower, it turns out, has its limitations. Habits bless us with their consistency as they grow us over time.
In the final week of the "FIT" series we look at the 3rd step in our plan: READ, REFLECT, and now PRAY. We have listened as we read, and reflected deeply; now it is time to speak up.
