D210 covers The Dallas Maverick Dance audition in Dallas, Texas. D210 interviewed some the contestants involved in the audition. One of the highlights of the audition was D210’s interview with Shella Sattler who is in her eleventh year as the Director of the Dallas Mavericks Dancers.

Sattler, a widely-respected and experienced dance instructor and choreographer, is a former Mavericks and L.A. Clippers dancer and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Sattler also received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University, where she was also a cheerleader for the Mustangs.

The Dallas Mavericks Dancers are heading into their 21st year of entertaining basketball fans. Regarded among the best in the NBA, the squad includes professional dancers who appear at all Mavericks home games. The Dancers are also very active in the community, making numerous public appearances throughout the Metroplex.
