    really appreciate all the work you do to show everyone how you work vadim.

    I would highly recommend mudbox for painting. I do a decent color pass in mudbox and then finish up in photoshop. its the best 3d painting out there imo.

  • This is so sweet. I identify Photoshop and Maya, but what´s that 3rd program you use? could you please tell us step by step how to make this texture painting technique? It really would be a life saver. Did you imported the 3d object to PS and (somehow) read it back -somewhere- in real time? How do you affect the TEXTURE directly when it´s spreaded (which program was that?) Thanks man.

    excellent painting skills .... but i am curious about the last section of this video where you showcase your previous works ... how did you make the elf wings look glow in maya ??? i thought maya doesnt support light map

    it's one of my favorist video you ever did, it's so interesting to watch it and it did help me to investigate the other software :) too bad that deep paint is now discontinued D: i hope we will see anther cool software like deep paint. :)
