Notice Deavon's DIALED thruster technique.
He brings the bar back to shoulders BEFORE lowering into the squat portion with a dynamic drive overhead. You must bring the bar to your shoulders - and resting on the puppies - ALA Front Squat -before the hip drive to thrust overhead. Without doing so SMOKES the shoulders ....and deeper into the workout -thats where you pay the piper.
