28 July 2009 - The number of homicides in Mexico is rising again after a brief lull when troops were first deployed in large numbers this spring. Now public opinion has turned against them, as many people say they have not stopped the stop the violence. We asked people in the central plaza in Ciudad Juarez to share their thoughts.
