The Smokeaters Say It All!!

We need serious help! This is the only place most of these guys can enjoy a nice cigar. Many weekends up to 10 guys stop by to get a few hours of R&R. We need a place where we can relax and enjoy our cigars in comfort. It's all about the experience when you spend an hour or more savoring the flavor of a Partagas Black you deserve a decent chair in a nice room. A lock on the door wouldn't hurt either. Ideally I would like to replace the old 1980s stylings with some nice leather chairs, a big screen, a built in humidor where the pizza oven sits, and of course replace the Smokeaters with some real ventilation. We all have fun when we get together but this cave feels like my grandmothers house. I need to turn this cigar cave into a cigar lounge. 10K will also allow me to make some important modifications to the entryway so my brother-in-law can get his wheelchair over the steps without using a temporary ramp. We all enjoy full bodied premium cigars and love Partagas Black we just need a cigar cave to match our style. Tony and Partagas HELP!!!!
