2009 C&O Canal/GAP Bike Trip

Now in High(er) Definition!

Summary video of our trip from DC to Pittsburgh in July 2009. We had a fun crew, lots of flat tires and rain, and some dubious nutrition plans. We left DC with 14 people this year - our biggest group yet (almost unmanageable for me as the tour leader, head bike mechanic, photographer, videographer, unliscenced physician, and canal historian). Look out for another DC to Pittsburgh trip next summer.

Note: If you are confused as to why there seems to be a stock market occuring in Shepardstown, that is the Canal Game that Jason and I designed (themed after the canal, and designed to be played by a group of people while biking the canal).
