The India Basin Neighborhood Association, World Cup sailor Dawn Riley, the America True team and neighborhood youth celebrate public access to the Bay at the ninth annual India Basin True Youth Day. America True is a non-profit community sailing foundation that focuses on bringing the joy of sailing to youth and welcomes sailors of all ages and experience levels.
