Our most important conflicts are frequently with the people we know and value as friends, family or lovers, and each of us seems to approach conflict in different ways. Some of us are aggressive, others defensive, evasive, or passive. The reality is, however, none of these are healthy approaches to conflict. So is the problem conflict or the way we handle conflict? This week we look at conflict to discover some healthy ways to face our conflict moments.
