"Black Hill was really impressive. It was so well conceived – so epic and powerful – a genuinely great piece of filmmaking." - Debbie Isitt (Nativity, Nativity 2, Confetti)

"It’s an excellent script and really strong performances; you can feel the initial tension and then the friendship between the two characters. Excellent use of location too." - Philip Ilson - Director of London Short Film Festival
