To solve this question I went nitpicking in Nike’s history and jumped into the world of shoes, design and sophisticated media strategies to unveil the secret of the Air Max 1. Searching for stories of an older generation than my own...

In this episode I'm in the far east of the Netherlands visiting Dennis aka The Dude of ShoePimp, a sneaker store in Apeldoorn. Many pointed me to his direction because he seems to have the biggest Air Max 1 collection of our small country... seems like an episode with a lot of stories!
