Tucked into the Blue Mountains overlooking turbulent Kingston, Jamaica perches a spirited Rasta camp, anticipating deliverance. Tanicha and Javi, like most others there, moved to the School of Vision from some of the most violent neighborhoods in the world. There they could grow their own food, rely on a welcoming community of faith, and have a peaceful place for their two children to grow.

“Above Kingston” is an HD/super-8 project following the struggle that members of the School of Vision face in order to live differently, and the energy that keeps them there.
