'Taïm is not your average Middle Eastern joint' say Chef Einat, co-owner of NYC's most popular falafel eatery. With a truck, 2 Taïm locations, Balaboosta and another eatery on the way, Stefan and Chef Einat are bringing a fresh and different twist to the cuisines they serve. At Taïm, they're well known for their flavored falafels:

Green: with parsley, cilantro, mint (traditional)
Harissa: mixed with Tunisian spices (mild spicy)
Red: mixed with roasted red peppers

I got the Falafel Sandwich with Green Falafel after we did the interview/filmed and have been hooked ever since. Def. a must try if you're in NoLita, the West Village or can track down their truck (@TaimMobile)

B-Roll and Interview was filmed by me and Joe, my fellow foodie videographer :)
