End Scene music video

This video was made by Steffen Bygebjerg for the song "End Scene". The track is taken from Troels Abrahamsen's album WHT from 2009. In the video Bygebjerg explores how - when subjected to real-life - digital creations can achieve a higher level of texture and how unintended, uncontrollable elements can affect the work in a positive way.

The animation work was made in Adobe After Effects. Each frame was then printed and the print was subsequently scanned back into the computer. The scanned frames were then assembled back into the original animation, now with a new rugged look, created by the visit in the physical analogue world.
