The Albert Seltz family are organic Alsacian winemakers in Mittelbergheim, a French border town outside Germany, along the Alsace wine route. We meet Pierre and his son Albert, who take us on a journey into the underground beneath their historic soil. Albert went to court to preserve his family's heritage, the Sylvaner as a Grand Cru.
