To this date, my foundest memory of a commercial flight was aboard a DC-8. Further to that, I have worked on a video or two in the past. Because of these experiences, there were a few things racing through my mind when I watched this promo piece, the first of which was a flashback to that flight to a special event in Toronto, on what I feel was the greatest aircarft of it's time. Second was a flashback to a particular production style, for corporate and educational films and/or videos.
Many of the educational presentations from this era had this feel that a respected, more senior family member was sharing a great experience with me. I won't go on too much but it was a bit of a trip down memory lane the was worth the time. Thank You. P.S. What a great aircraft!
