In August of 2003 my wife Sun and I had an opportunity to spend an evening with the bard, author, and mystic philosopher John Michell.

While sharing beverages around his kitchen table in London, it was 'movies til dawn' for us, discussing a host of topics from the origins of measure to experiencing the godhead. John even sang the British anthem "Jerusalem" for us.

Our 10 min clip, though hardly a comprehensive view of this renaissance man, will give you a feeling for who John Michell was... enjoy!

Oh Al! Thanks a lot for reducing me to a snivelling heap this fine morning! Seriously though, I know I teased you once about always recording things but THANK HEAVENS you do so. This is so precious and recalls exactly the quality and humour and charm of the man's company and conversation and you and Sun are really sweet with him. Lots of love xxx Diana

You are most welcome, Diana. Even though I only met John that one time, as we parted that night he said to me, "good-bye old friend," and I felt it was true...he is truly one of those eternal souls..
