House model built in maya from individual blocks (turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/600082).

Animated the spaceship in place (turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/551737) for simulation at 60fps to improve the rigid body collisions. Exported the house as a separate .sd file for multibody import and then a separate .sd file for everything that will be a passive body.

So far this simulation is just setup with the default realflow rigid body settings for a proof of concept test.
