The three items on the Regular Agenda were continued until future meeting, Ord. 2012-29, the special use of property at 122 Tempsford Lane, to authorize splitting a lot and allow its use as a private access easement was continued to Feb. 25; Ord. 2012-168 to amend special use of Museum of Architect, located at 2501 Monument Avenue, to permit outdoor events, a reception facility, an out-of-print book dealer, and a lodging unit was continued to March 11; Resolution 2013-R8 to establish a policy that the patron of a proposal that would result in the reduction of an existing revenue source must also identify and alternate revenue source and such proposals must be introduced during the City's annual budget process was continued to March 11, 2013 Council meeting.
Items continued from the Consent Agenda included Ord. 2012-233 to erect all-way stop signs at the intersection of North Sheppard St. and Stuart Ave. was continued to Feb. 25; Ord. 2013-4 to authorize the special use of 1815 and 1817 East Franklin St. for a multifamily dwelling with up to 13 units was continued to Feb. 25; Ord. 2013-12 to amend City Code to impose a fine of $20 for vehicles parked more than 12 inches from the curb was amended and continued to Feb. 25, 2013 Council meeting.
